Entrepreneur Creates Affordable Online Hiring Assessment for Small Businesses
Conway, ARKANSAS – March 25, 2021 – Entrepreneur Sharllette Berry has created the Fitbe assessment, an affordable online hiring tool designed to help businesses assess the personalities of potential candidates to determine the best fit.
Berry, owner of Grow Move Forward, LLC, created the Fitbe assessment based on various needs she encountered while working as a team building consultant. “Small businesses have many of the same challenges as large businesses. The Fitbe assessment provides businesses with information about a candidate’s personality using scientific theory called DISC theory.
